Gone Final part

Author’s note: the final part! Let’s see how this turns out.

______________________________________________________

You begin too feel your conciousness return after being out cold for over an hour. Your eyes were heavy, body numb. You let out a groan.
“Ssshh.” you hear a familliar voice coo “It’s ok ________________, you’re safe now.” You’re heart literally stopped for a moment and when it re-started, all feeling began to return to your body. You were obviously on top of a bed, head supported by someone’s lap, the feeling of fingers gently stroking your cut and dyed hair.  You opened your eyes slowly and your vision was blurred. When it finally cleared, you looked in horror; there, staring down at you was Eisuke.
“Took you long enough to wake up.” He smirked. You muster up a lot of strength in your leg and try to take a swing at him, you miss but use the distraction to jump off the bed and make a mad-dash for the door. Only to fall down in pain and unable was to move.

“The hell?!” You mutter “Why can’t I move?!” Then, memories of your accident flood back in your mind.
“_____________________,” Eisuke said “you were in an accident. Soryu and the others took you to the doctor and they said it’s best not to move.” You take a deep breath, lifted yourself up and tried to dash for the door. The pain was unbearable but your determination to get out was greater “Please! Listen to me!”
“Why should I?!” You scream “After what you did? What makes you think I’ll listen to you now?!” Eisuke looked at you with the most guilt yet upset face on the planet; to be honest, you didn’t even know he could make that look. You stumble to the door and tried to open it, only to see it wouldn’t budge.

“Soryu locked us in here.” Eisuke explained “He won’t let us out until we make up.” You look at Eisuke with a glare until your legs gave out and you fell to the floor, but you were surpised to feel Eisuke catch you “I’m not letting you fall.” You stare at him with surprise, he was being so tender towards you. Eisuke took his hand and gently touched an ammount of your hair “You cut your hair.”
“So?” you replied “It’s my hair. I can style it how I want.”
“I know, I just- didn’t expect to be something like this.”
“So, for once you’re acknologing I’m human?”
“Excuse me?”
“Since we started dating, all you ever did was treat me like a servent. I did everything for you because I loved you. But you cheated on me, so that showed me you didn’t give a rat’s ass about my feelin-” he cutted you off with a kiss.

When he broke the kiss off he looked deep into your eyes.
“I know sorry won’t mean anything.” he said “But I never saw you as someone I used, I always appreciated what you did for me, even when I never showed it. There were times that we spent together that showed my love for you. Our vacations, the time I rented out an entire theme park, our dates, even when I rented that cloud machine from my friend, just so we could see the night sky in the desert.” You suddenly began to remember all the times you spent together, the romance and how you truly felt towards him. Why was this happening?
“I broke your heart, I made you run from me, I did something to you unforgivable. But I realize that. Look at me ___________________.” You looked at him and noticed something you didn’t notice before; he had bags under his eyes, he looked thinner than you remembered, his hair looked messier than before and he reeked of alcohol “I haven’t been the same since you left. There were so many nights I wanted you by my side and I hate saying this, but I cried.”

You’re jaw almost dropped hearing the last part; Eisuke Ichinomiya cried? Damn, you really wish you had a camera.
“I know pretty words won’t win you back. But please, let me take care of you and show you that I can be a better boyfriend.”  You thought for a moment as you were unsure of what to do. You were going to be unable to move for a while, and you had a rich guy offering to care for you. Or, go back on the road and possibly die from internal bleeding if you strained too much.
“Fine.” you replied “but don’t consider this as us getting back together. I need time to think.” Eisuke, understanding and thrilled you were willing to think, lifted you up and gently brought you to the bed.
“You won’t regret this.” he told her before ordering  an extra bed for himself to sleep in.

And Eisuke was right, it was a decision you didn’t regret. For the two weeks, Eisuke catered to your every need and helped bandage any wounds. Baba, Ota, Soryu and Mamoru all came to visit you but Eisuke, for some odd reason was acting like a mother hen and making sure they wouldn’t hug you too tightly. What surprised you most, was the fact he was willing to get you anything you asked (although, it must have been killing him to not order you around). Two weeks had passed and your health was starting to come back. You were starting to become a little more comfortable around Eisuke, even to the point you were becoming more comfortable with telling him about your adventures over the year. The sights you’ve seen, the friends you’ve made, even the time you stole from a very rich man in India and fed the entire village (and laughed at the memory of riding on your motorcycle into the desert as they chased after you).

Eventually, when your strength in your legs returned, you looked at Eisuke as he got a tray of both your lunches brought over.
“Eisuke,” you said.
“Yes?” he asked.
“I’ve done some thinking. And I made a decision.” he looked at you surprised.
“And?” You take a deep breath.
“I decided to give us another chance; on one condition.”
“Name it! I’ll do it!”
“We go to couple’s counciling.” Eisuke looked at you with surprise.

“They actually exist?” he asked “I thought that was something people do on TV.” you giggled, sometimes it did amuse you about how Eisuke would get all surprised about simple things non-rich people did.
“They do exist.” you reply “And I feel it would be best if we went so we could try to build up some trust.” Eisuke looked at you, unsure of what to say before finally sighing.
“Fine. We’ll go. But we’ll go to a reputable person and keep out of the public eye with this.” You couldn’t blame him on that.
“You got a deal.” When your health was back up, you and Eisuke went to a couple’s counciling that was reputable.

They gave you both exercises to practice during the days you weren’t there. Eventually, your trust and love for Eisuke began to return. You started working at Tres of Spades again but when Eisuke called you up to the pent house, he know asked where you were so he could give you as much time as you need to get there. He was more tentive, and the best was that he never cheated on you again. Eventually, you both married and had children. They learned about buisness from their father and how to be respectful to those around them from you. But Eisuke knew one thing; you were his happiness and he wasn’t letting you go anytime soon.

The End.
