Is that too much to ask for? I spent hours searching only to come up empty!

I designed what I wanted but I need help with the coding lol can you please help me mikocchii ?
So there’s 3 things i know how to do:
1. If you want to change your background, go to Edit Theme, Edit HTML, then copy and paste this next to the </style> tag (If you can’t find it, go to find line, and search for 122):
body { background-image:url(’_______’); background-repeat:repeat; }
Where the underscores are, copy and paste a link to a picture you want for your background. Save it, and your background should be changed.
2. If you want to add music to your blog, go to http://www.hypster.com and create an account. Search a song (or songs) that you want to add to your blog, and add them to your playlist. When you’ve picked all your songs, go to create, create player, select any of the avaliable players, and click get the code. Copy and paste the code, and add it on the very top of your blog’s HTML. Save, and the next time you go into your blog, it should have all the songs in your playlist playing.
3. To change your cursor, copy and paste this on the top of your page aswell (if you’re adding music, don’t worry about your music player, it should still be normal):
<style> body, a, a:hover { cursor:url________ auto }</style><a href=””></a>
And where the underscores are, put in a link to a very small picture, or an image of a cursor on the web. Save, and you should have a cursor on your blog 🙂

I wanna make this as my background, any ideas?
The thing is, for the background, it doesn’t use one full image. It just keeps looping it, so you might have to change it into something that will loop D:

But the top part of the background you were gonna use, you could probably cut off and use as your header. :3
