Does anyone have any tips or anything to help me draw these two!!! I’m trying to draw something for New Years and these two are so hard to draw!!!! Can someone please help me?!!! I’m desperate!!!! 😣😭
I’ve personally only drawn a chibi Gajeel and it wasn’t very good, but the thing I did was keep in mind the design of the picture and things that had to stay the same. For example, the fact that the middle hair triangle tip on his forehead had to line up with the first row of small triangles. And I would just line things up like that and then add my own bit of flair or style, really. For Natsu, his hair is impossible, good luck, but chances are the only thing that will look pretty good is either his body and/or his face, the hair can’t be done as easily. I’m not too much help, but maybe apply the same thing and maybe kind of observe which ways his hairs seem to go at different points??
@xxgajevyloverxx Try looking at their pictures for references. Natsu’s hair, just look at it and try to match the points the way the series does it. I had difficulties in the beginning but it got a lot better later on. If you want to draw their faces, draw an upside down egg and go back to the jawline to fix it the way the characters have it. and Gajeel’s structure is masculine and well built, probably can lift close to 300 on a weight lifting set. Natsu’s body, he’s skinny but very well built. I recommend for both, drawing out shapes for their bodies and attach the shapes to give the body structure (trust me, the shapes help out a lot!)
