Order 66, Anakin and the remaining 501st troopers. The way we see how Palpatine worked on… Groomed really, Ani from a young age and then had him fall from the Light in such a complete way by manipulating what should have been his strength… his love. 

The love he felt for Padme, for Obi Wan, Ahsoka… his unborn children. Palpatine used that strength and turned it into a weakness.

I have many feels about him.
