You let the conquered villages do whatever they want, as long as they all support lgbtq+ people, and anyone who dares to say a homophobic or racist comment is punished. Describe the ‘hero’ of the story, as well as your conquest and how you’re received.

How is the Villain evil if they’re doing something good?

I’m ok with that idea and would be cool with those laws, but personally if I was a villain who took over the world, I’d enslave humanity and force them to build monuments in my honor, dismantle them and reassemble them for my amusement.
