Death and the Lady by StevMarie (ffnet) This is another one that goes to the ‘must read’ tier. Deathreaper!Gajeel and angel!Levy. The buildup of this story is so amazing and you just can’t stop reading it! There’s something evil looming over everyone and they should prepare for a massive fight to protect those that they hold dear!
Wildflowers by WeebCommander (ffnet) Okay, my only way to describe this is a wild fucking ride! Honestly, this fic is elaborated and have many symbolisms but the more you get into the story the more you understand that your previous theories were all wrong. No matter what I say, nothing will do justice to this fic so just go ahead and read it! Rated M
Dragonic by @batman-saurus (ffnet) I can’t contain my heart with each chapter of this fic! King!Gajeel saves Levy from a horrible future and Levy teaches Gajeel the common language. But he soon learns much more than just words. It’s such a heartwarming fic that you’re definitely going to love!
The Damsel’s Dragon by secretPersonalities (ffnet) Where do I begin with this?! Amazing AU fic with Levy befriending a dragon and trying to protect him from the evil that lurks nearby. Levy sometimes is too kind-hearted and gets herself in lots of trouble for that. Luckily, Gajeel is never too far from her.
Parole series by @sketcher1994 (Parole, Submerge, Incinerate, Entomb, Suffocate) Amazing story with so much tension! Parole officer!Levy gets tangled in the life of ex-convict!Gajeel and things turn so dangerous when Gajeel’s past comes back after him. tw: some violence and mentions of murder and aggression.
An arrangement by @chesxca-c (ffnet) Uffff *clenches heart* You like arranged marriage AUs? This is a ‘must read’ for you! Amazing story that is slowly building up the immense amount of tension and anguish on those two souls that had been promised in marriage to save their kingdom. Plus blue haired siblings ❤️ ! Rated M and look out for the tw in some chapters
The Devil’s Contract by @mangaguitar96 (ffnet) Gajeel makes a contract with Devil!Levy to avenge his family. See how many things they go through to achieve this goal while slowly finding something more within each other. Black Butler AU!
Broken Promises by @inkscript (ffnet) Council!Gajevy. Before Levy leaves for her mission to infiltrate to Avatar, Gajeel has some things he needs to say. Very sweet and heartwarming fic!

The Willow Maid by @arryire (ffnet) Fantasy AU. Amazing build up of a fantasy world. The way Levy and Gajeel’s relationship develops is so amazingly sweet and full of magic. But someone has to be fool enough to try to take Levy away from Gajeel.

Today Mashima released his new series Eden’s Zero.
He is also working on a Fairy Tail spinoff called Fairy Tail City Hero that will be released around autumn, around the same time that the final season of the Fairy Tail anime returns.
He also said that the Fairy Tail sequel will be coming out soon.
Next weeks Eden Zero chapter will be 52 pages.

It was amazing! The whole series is sci-fi/fantasy adventure! The lead characters were pretty cool! The lead boy’s name is Shiki Granbell, the girl is named Rebecca and the blue cat is named Happy…..yeah you read that right, Happy. I ain’t gonna give much spoilers for those who have yet to read it; but the series itself has a bit of a Fairy Tail vibe to it, but it’s original in it’s own sense and the Fairy Tail vibe gives nostalgia to everyone who loves Fairy Tail. I can’t wait to see more!
I think the reason I enjoy Ghibli so much is it romanticizes the little things. It makes me want to bake, study, clean the house, garden, and more while listening to happy music and occasionally picking wildflowers and lying in the grass. It helps me find joy in day-to-day life and that’s honestly sooo important for my mental health.
Hayao Miyazaki has said on numerous occasions that he wants children to know that even when the world seems harsh and life is hard, it is always still worth living, and there is always something beautiful in it.
That mental health boost is intentional and Miyazaki wants you to believe that you should continue to live, even if just for those little things.

Because a) I’ve never been a smoker, cigarette smoke makes me sick. I hate when people smoke near my kids and
B) my mom recently stopped smoking after smoking since she was like 15? So like 30 sum years. I thought she would NEVER quit. Her BIGGEST TRIGGER is other people smoking around her
I hate smoking period. I come from parents who’re non smokers, my uncle had a heart attack and died and one of his causes for his heart attack was smoking. My grandmother was a heavy smoker in her youth and when she was in her sixties, my mother tried to get her to quit and she wouldn’t. What triggered her to quit? Me. Apparently when I was three, they found out I got into my grandmothers cigarette pack and had a cigarette dangling from my mouth. Grandma quit cold turkey after that. She died three years ago from heart failure brought on by smoking.
Everyone reading this, stomp that cigarette out right now and get a goddamn nicotine patch. Smoking don’t make you cool like those stupid 1950’s commercials claim.
Have papa Gajeel getting spoiled by his family on this special day. He loves his children but by the end of the day he also wants to enjoy his wife, lol.
