The list of recommended FT-related blogs that you should follow!

As 2016 slowly comes to a close (and, thank goodness, it will!), I thought I would like to take the time to compile and come up with a list of blogs to follow, and that are recommended for anybody new to the Fairy Tail fandom around here.

A few notes to bear in mind, ‘though:

  • This rec list was composed by myself. I had looked through the many blogs around here, using the “Fairy Tail” tag (and other tags related to it), doing so for more than a couple of years.
    • A majority of these blogs that were listed below, have been blogs that I have followed recently. 
  • Also, this rec list consists of blogs that have previously posted FT-related content, and blogs that are still posting FT-related content up to the date of this post.
    • As a result, certain blogs may not currently be confined to the FT fandom (or have become multi-fandom, in some cases)—but they are still listed below, due to the FT-related content that was posted in the past.
  • Finally, this rec list is divided into four categories, based on the following: 
    • blogs that are known best for the fanart, 
    • blogs that are known best for the fanfiction, 
    • blogs that are known best for both fanart and fanfiction (maybe even more—such as self-produced gifs, colourings, edits, etc.), 
    • and, blogs that are known best for other content, in general (such as analysis of characters and chapters, rants, reblogs of FT-related content, and etc.)

I was going through my computer to get rid of some old files I don’t need anymore and I found a file of pictures I took from when I used to play Wizard101. I haven’t played Wizard101 in a LONG LONG time (gave it up because of life and the storyline was getting too kiddish for me) but I was looking through them and I found this picture, I remembered I was starting to get into Fairy Tail around this time period and for Halloween I dressed my character up as Erza since they gave you the option of hairstyle and one of the clothes they offer you to boost your levels is a knight’s armor (since one of the worlds is a Medieval theme). Figured I share this before getting rid of the file.

Realized something about Natsu

As you’re all aware, Natsu started smoking in the last chapter (no, not the cigarette smoking smoking, smoking as in smoke is coming from his body). Well, what Larcade said in this week’s chapter really got me thinking and I realized something: Natsu is under his nephew’s influence. What makes me say this? Here is my examples to help with my theory.

EXAMPLE 1: Larcade’s magic causes smoke to come from the victim’s body. 

As we’ve seen in the past chapters, Larcade’s magic shows us who isn’t “pure” (meaning who did the nasty/ had a round of U+Ur Hand Tonight *Cough Max and the broom cough cough*). Take a look at Minerva and Sorano when they began to go under the influence of Larcade’s magic:

Now take a look at Natsu who is unconscious from the effects of transforming into E.N.D for the first time:

Anyone notice the smoke near the body looks quite a bit like the way the smoke coming from Minerva and Sorano’s body look a lot a like? Not only that, Larcade’s magic is known to kill……… in a weird sexual way….

Example 2: Larcade wishes to kill his uncle.

Larcade is the result of Zeref and Mavis without the sexual part of how it all worked out (Personally I think Mavis’s story of how Fairy Heart came to be is a little more dirtier than we think). But Zeref raised his son without love and yet showed love to Natsu who will never love his brother back. Larcade I think is jealous of Natsu because of this. Example from this week’s chapter:

This can only mean one thing; Larcade is behind what currently is happening to Natsu. And this also means Natsu is not as innocent as we think. Maybe nights where Happy isn’t there and thoughts about a certain busty blonde Celestial Spirit Mage comes to mind…

To all my followers, 

Today was a pretty hectic day in American history. I’m not one for politics on the internet, I prefer to not talk about it most of the time since I’ve seen the dark side of it all; but I’ve seen some scary stuff today when people seen the person they didn’t want in office get in. 

It pains me seeing people who always got along so well all of a sudden hating each other because your beliefs are different from another person’s. I’ve been in a lot of situations in my life that made me feel hopeless and that I should give in. But as I started getting older, my outlooks on life changed considerably. I respect everyone’s political beliefs no matter what and the Fairy Tail fandom showed that even if we’re different in some degree, it doesn’t mean we should start showing hatred, anger and lashing out at everyone around us.

One of my down time activities when I have time is to do yoga, which helped me in times of stress and need. I think this music for those who are fearful right now about our future should listen to it. It helps soothe you in a moment of need and can help you see there’s always a light at the end of the tunnel. Personally, I’m just going to move on and live my life as I always did: Fairy Tail,Electric Guitars, rock and roll, Skyrim, Fanfiction and achieving my dreams. I hope everyone has a wonderful evening and just keep on smiling through it!
