He picks Levy up like a sack of rice.
Levy:”Kyaaaahhh! Gajeel!”
Gajeel:”Come on Shrimp! Let’s get right too it!” he runs out of the guild with Levy screaming, leaving the twins behind.
Boy Twin:”Where’s dad taking mom?”
Girl Twin:”I think we might be born a few months earlier than anticipated….”

I probably won’t buy this novel, but I asked a Japanese fan on Twitter who said they had read it to confirm the identity of the twins. Obligatory disclaimer: there is always a chance of false info coming from twitter, but the answer I received seems highly plausible. (Spoilers hidden under the “read more” link for obvious reasons.)
